There are three certainties in life: Death, Taxes....and Change.

In this session we will discuss how managing change has, well, changed during these tumultuous times. Objectives include:

  • Defining personal and organizational flexibility and better understanding its importance today.
  • Understanding the human factors involved in experiencing transition and moving through the stages of every change process. 
  •  Understanding change assessments and actionable drivers.
  • Revealing eight+ techniques to help you and your associates better manage organizational changes effectively.
  • Discussing actions that YOU can take to become more agile.

Allison Davis serves as VP Coaching Market Leader – NE Region for Right Management.  She is an Executive Coach and Organization Consultant.  Allison works on the premise that value can be brought to individuals, teams, and organizations; tailored to the industry, state of the organization and client goals.  She has coached and consulted with Fortune rated, private equity and healthcare business executives.  She possesses in-depth business experience facilitating organization and individual change and breakthrough leadership results.

Allison has worked as a senior leader for Stanley Works, Carvel, CIGNA, Aetna and Travelers.  Roles she has held include VP HR, AVP Leadership Development, Manager Global Organization Development and Educator.  In each role she has been responsible for strategic organization effectiveness and client coaching where she helped build high performing teams in the U.S, Europe and Canada;  developing senior level talent and high potentials.  Her results were published in the Corporate Executive Board for CFO’s.

Allison is an educator for the Graduate School of Business at the University of New Haven teaching leadership and organization effectiveness.  She is a former president of the Greater New Haven Chapter of SHRM and has held leadership positions on the Connecticut State SHRM Council.  She is a member of the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches and is volunteer coach for Dress for Success.

Allison earned her Master's Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of New Haven.  She is certified in the Hogan Personality and Clark Wilson 360 Assessments and DiSC.  She holds an Executive Coaching Certification from Penn State University’s Smeal College of Business.

This meeting has been approved for 1.0 General Recertification Credits by the HRCI.
