Meeting Sponsorship and Website Advertising
We invite member companies and vendors to sponsor HRLA chapter meetings. This a great way to market your company to HRLA members.
$500 Sponsorship Level
· Recognition prior to the meeting in the meeting invitation and on the web
· Recognition by the President at the beginning of the meeting
· Present company information for 3-5 minutes prior to the main presentation
· Display marketing materials on a table at the meeting
· Bring up to 3 employees of the sponsoring company to the meeting at a 50% discount
· Provide promotional items/door prizes
$1000 Sponsorship Level
· All of the above
· Placement of an advertisement on the HRLA website for 90 days
· Bring up to 3 employees of sponsoring company at 50% discount, plus one employee at no charge (unless $1000 pays the full cost of the meeting, then opportunity to bring employees of sponsoring company free)
Sponsor Who Pays The Entire Meeting Cost
· All of the above
· Opportunity to bring employees of sponsoring company free
Company that is presenting the program has first choice if they choose to sponsor that program.
