Responsibilities

Infiltrator Water Technologies, headquartered in Old Saybrook, CT is seeking an experienced Payroll & Benefits Manager to oversee Payroll, Benefits and Compliance. This role will oversee a team of HR / Payroll professionals supporting an organization of over 1,000 employees in multiple locations. As part of a larger corporation within a public company, this role will collaborate with HR teams across the organization to ensure seamless integration and alignment of HR operations. This role will be responsible for:

Managing the entire payroll process within IWT
Oversee Benefit Administration
Ensure HR compliance
Serve as system administrator for all HR systems
Manage KPIs for the department
Oversee daily workflow for the department

The ideal candidate should have a degree in HR, Business or related field, 7+ years managing payroll, benefits and HR compliance, industry recognized payroll certification a plus and excellent communication and computer skills.
