Responsibilities
As the Equal Employment Opportunity Manager, you will have a pivotal role in promoting a culture of inclusion and fostering a diverse workforce. Your responsibilities will include:
Develop and implement Affirmative Action (AA)/Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) plans, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Lead and manage the creation of Diversity and Inclusion Plans, aligning them with organizational goals.
Conduct comprehensive workplace investigations, ensuring adherence to statutory guidelines.
Provide expert recommendations based on thorough analysis of EEO/AA investigation findings.
Supervise a team of EEO professionals, offering guidance and strategic direction in compliance matters.
Analyze complex technical data to identify trends and solve EEO-related challenges.
