TCORS Capitol Group, LLC is a full-service government relations and association management
company that provides the highest quality of expertise and knowledge in the areas of lobbying
and association management.
We are looking for a well-rounded Office Administrator to support our team of lobbyists,
association executives, and other key staff. The individual in this support role will undertake a
variety of administrative and association management duties.
This is a part-time position at 25 hours per week in an office setting and/or on-site events. Hours
may be flexible after initial training.
Day to Day Duties and Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
Ensure that daily office operations are performed in a seamless and efficient manner.
Manage Association's Board of Directors and Committee Meetings
Manage Client Social Media Accounts including Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn and X
Coordinate and Facilitate Client's Events
Design and Implement Marketing Campaigns
Order and Maintain Office Supplies
Job Skills and Requirements:
Proficient in MS Office, Including Publisher
Strong Computer Skills
Takes initiative and can work responsibility with little direction
Well-organized and reliable with excellent analytical, organization, problem solving, and
communication skills, both orally and in writing
Professional and personable, able to work alone as well as with a Team
Knowledge of QuickBooks/ Profit and Loss Statements
Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time in a fast past environment.
Excellent time management skills
Knowledge in managing websites and virtual platforms such as Zoom and Teams.
Preferred but not required, a degree in Business Administration or Hospitality
Management. Equivalent experience will be considered.
