The Town of Groton, CT is seeking a proactive, collaborative, and versatile professional to serve as a Human Resources Generalist within our Human Resources Department. In this key role, you will help drive operational excellence while supporting a wide range of human resource functions that contribute to an effective and responsive workplace. The ideal candidate will support recruitment efforts, assist with and research project initiatives, and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This position requires the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion while contributing to a positive, organized, and efficient work environment. This is a non-union, full-time position. Must apply by 8/20/26.

BA in HR, LR, Business or Public Administration or related field, with three (3) years of progressively responsible human resources experience. A combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties may be considered in lieu of the stated requirements. See website for full posting.
