GENERAL SUMMARY
The Human Resources Generalist works closely with the Human Resources Director to plan, coordinate and administer the Human Resources activities of StoneRidge in compliance with company policy and federal and state laws. The HR Generalist will provide a variety of HR activities and programs involving compensation, benefits, staffing, training, and workplace safety to organizations. They will also coordinate and organize activities, events, and initiatives related to employee engagement.
