TCORS Capitol Group, LLC is a full-service government relations and association management company that provides the highest quality of expertise and knowledge in the areas of lobbying and association management.

We are looking for a well-rounded Association Office Administrator to support our full time Association Executives and other key staff. This individual will undertake a variety of administrative and program management tasks in this support role.

This part-time position would offer the individual 20-25 hours a week in an office setting and/or on-site event support.

Your day to day tasks would include but are not limited to:

-Handle Administrative Office Management

-Design Supplemental Marketing Pieces

-Manage Client Social Media Accounts

-Support Financial Related Activities

-Manage Association Client Inter-Committee Relations

-Facilitate On-Site Event Coordination

Job Skills and Requirements:

-Preferred but not required higher education in relevant field

-Proficient in MS Office

-Proficient with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn

-Tech savvy

-Takes initiative and can work responsibility with little direction

-Detail orientated and efficient

-Professional and personable

-Ability to work with diverse and multi-disciplinary teams

-Excellent time management skills

-Superior written and verbal communication skills

-Flexibility to cover early morning and evening events as needed

-Preferred but not required experience with Constant Contact, CVENT applications, Eventbrite and Word Press

Job Type: Part-time
