One Digital and Aetna Present “The Benefits of Breaking”

In many work cultures, taking breaks during working hours is seen as unproductive and a waste of time. However, breaks have many benefits such as helping to refocus and re-motivate employees for boosted productivity.

Please join us on Wednesday, June 13th for lunch and a discussion with Aetna’s Director of Mindfulness, Cheryl Jones, to learn about the importance of incorporating breaks into your everyday routines. Cheryl will break down the science of how taking breaks – both physical and mental – can actually enhance your culture. You’ll learn about the growing body of evidence confirming the link between “brain breaks” and benefits such as improved focus and less presentism for your employees.
