They have gone through the process and each has the new certification in addition to their SPHR certification. They will explain how it works, how it compares to an HRCI certification, how to certify and re-certify, and the pros/cons of each certification, and will answer your questions.
Janine and Debbie will provide an overview of the new SHRM certifications, SHRM-Certified Professional and the SHRM-Senior Certified Professional, a comparison to the HRCI certifications, and will review the documentation provided by SHRM and HRCI, including eligibility guidelines, testing windows, fees and requirements to recertify. In addition, you will:
