DOL Excellence in Disability Inclusion Award

The 2019 Excellence in Disability Inclusion (EDI) Award recognizes federal contractors who have gone above and beyond to improve recruitment, hiring, retention, and promotion opportunities for individuals with disabilities.

Don’t miss your chance to be recognized. Apply for the Excellence in Disability Inclusion Award today.

Here are the top three reasons to apply for the EDI Award:

  1. Award recipients will be formally recognized by the U.S. Department of Labor for their work
  2. Recipients will receive a three-year moratorium on OFCCP compliance evaluations
  3. You’ll have the chance to work alongside other contractors to create tools and educational materials to promote disability employment best practices

The DOL has updated the application process to allow longer statements of support and submissions from additional senior leaders. In addition, they now accept resubmissions if companies would like to update their applications. Apply by the November 1 deadline.
