Summer Social – Cancelled
HRLA’s annual summer social has been cancelled for 2020. The decision to cancel the event was made by the Board after discussing the state restrictions we would need to comply with and the logistics of trying to hold a large social gathering indoors. Although we are disappointed not to be holding this event – which is always a fun time with our HRLA friends – we recognize the importance of doing the right thing to keep everyone safe.
We were planning to celebrate the chapter’s 20th anniversary this summer, but have postponed that celebration until our holiday party.
We anticipate resuming in-person meetings with our August event (postponed from April). A date for that event has not yet been set.
